Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Kier Property Management and Real Estate, LLC provides property and asset management, leasing, and real estate services throughout Utah and Wyoming.
We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the property and help provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to residents. This role assists with resident certifications, leasing, property operations, compliance, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.

What You'll Do
- Assist with day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
- Process interim and annual resident recertifications accurately and on time.
- Assist with marketing available apartments, showing units, screening applicants, and maintaining waiting lists.
- Maintain accurate resident, maintenance, and property files.
- Prepare and distribute resident notices, including recertification notices, lease violations, and general communications.
- Assist with purchase orders and maintenance work orders.
- Coordinate with maintenance to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
- Assist with cleaning vacant units and property upkeep as needed.
- Maintain required Section 8, Tax Credit, HOME Fund, and HUD documentation and ensure program requirements are followed.
- Assist with property audits, inspections, and required responses.
- Respond to resident questions and concerns while providing excellent customer service.
- Follow Fair Housing, ADA, Section 504, and applicable State and Federal requirements.
- Attend required meetings, training, and seminars.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous site management, property management, or related experience preferred.
- Affordable housing, Section 8, Tax Credit, or HOME Fund experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company auto insurance requirements.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties as needed.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
This position may require outdoor work in varying weather conditions, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and the ability to frequently lift or move 25–50 pounds. Occasional overtime and travel for meetings or training may also be required.
