Ethics Claims Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Ethics Claims Administrator. This role plays a key part in protecting the integrity of the USANA brand by investigating improper income and product claims made by our independent distributors, guiding corrective action, and educating our sales force on responsible, compliant marketing practices.

What You Will Do as a USANA Ethics Claims Administrator

• Identify inappropriate income and health claims on websites, social media, and Google advertisements, and work with USANA's independent sales force to make corrections where needed
• Enforce USANA's Associate Agreement and Terms and Policies, and recommend fines and other appropriate sanctions for policy violations
• Work with other ethics specialists in the region to ensure consistent implementation of the regional compliance program
• Regularly monitor top distributors and influencers to identify current trends and possible policy violations
• Utilize search engines and web crawling software to discover and identify improper claims violations
• Gather evidence to create complete case files of claims violations and utilize case management systems to organize and resolve cases with distributors
• Manage and conduct monthly retail sales audits for applicable markets, including reaching out to Associates, holding commissions, and tracking results
• Review and complete administrative exceptions for associates, including country changes, placement changes, sponsor changes, transfers, and re-entry moves
   

Background and Skills You Will Need 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent direct selling experience required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Working knowledge of FDA and FTC laws and guidelines regarding advertisements of dietary supplements and the direct selling industry
