Description

Who we are:

Ancon is hiring General Laborers for hands-on, heavy industrial work at our Magna, UT plant. Third-generation and family-owned, we invest in our people — 1 in 4 of our team has been with us 5+ years.

What You’ll Do:

General labor, heavy lifting, and material handling in an active industrial plant
Clear conveyor lines with firehoses and hydroblasting equipment
Assist with equipment operation, maintenance, and site cleanup
Follow all company and site safety protocols

What You'll Need

21+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation to Magna, UT
Prior industrial or construction experience preferred
Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, working outdoors, and physical work (stairs, lifting to 35 lbs)
Clean-shaven free of ear gauges/facial piercings for respirator seal; must pass Respirator Fit Test
Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening (random testing ongoing)
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team mindset
Must be available for a work schedule that can include evenings or weekends, and can rotate
