JVIC Procurement Coordinator II

The Field Procurement Supervisor is an advanced level professional with 7+ years of extensive lead and procurement experience.  This individual will have oversight of field procurement responsibilities. Supervises a team of up 10 Field Procurement Lead, Field Procurement Coordinators and Field Procurement Assistants.   Oversees processes and procedures for executing the work and monitors compliance and quality, assigns projects and tasks, and assists in recruiting and training personnel. Coordinates closely with Project Procurement Managers to assure Project requirements are fulfilled. Assists staff with particularly difficult and out-of-the-ordinary problem-solving challenges. This position, reports to the Director of Procurement.  Responsibilities will include the following.
