ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:Â Â
- Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values Â

- Provide exceptional customer service, streamlining the manufacturer assistance process or enrolling in international shipping, ensuring a seamless transition over to our pharmacy programs. Â
- Provides assistance to pharmacy advocate staff and patients to complete and submit all necessary forms and program applications.Â
- Completes and submits all necessary forms in a timely manner. Tracks and follows up on status of applications.Â
- Frequently works in Excel spreadsheets to create and analyze enrollment, use and revenue tracking. Â
- Communicates effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and third party representativesÂ
- Maintains frequent phone contact with provider representatives, third party customer service representatives, and pharmacy staff.Â
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:Â Â
- High School, Diploma, or GED requiredÂ
- Pharmacy tech preferred or experience in a retail pharmacy or health care field.Â
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Â
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.Â
- Strong interpersonal skills.Â
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.Â
- General knowledge of pharmacy benefits.Â
- Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.Â
- Ability and initiative to work independently or as a team member.Â
- Ability to problem solve.Â
- Strong time management skills.Â
- Customer satisfaction focused.Â
