Sacred Circle Healthcare is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Aide.
Job Summary
General Summary of Duties: Provide assistance and support to the staff of the Physical and Occupational Therapy Department. This includes interacting with patients, cleaning and organizing treatment areas, organizing and tracking supplies, office work and direct engagement with therapists and other clinic staff. | |

Work Schedule: | To Be Determined with the availability of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required depending on position requirements. |

The successful candidate:
- Fulfills patient care responsibilities as assigned that may include checking schedules and organizing patient flow within treatment area.
- Prepares treatment areas with necessary supplies and materials as directed by providers.
- Cleans treatment areas in accordance with AAAHC guidelines.
- Cleans equipment and doing laundry as directed.
- Tracks clinical supplies and notifies director when clinical or office supplies need replenishing.
- Assists clinicians in updating handouts and/or preparing handouts for groups and sessions.
- Assists department with tracking of patients and rescheduling of patients as needed.
- Adheres to all clinical HIPAA guidelines
- Reads, understands, and adheres to all Sacred Circle Health Care Policies and Procedures.
- Practices and adheres to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Values Statements.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: | A high school diploma or GED equivalent. |
EXPERIENCE: | Two (2) or more years of face-to-face customer service, preferably with medical experience or currently a student in the medical field. |
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: | CPR Certification. |
