Building Automation Project ManagerāÆĀ

What will you do?Ā Ā
- Manages resources by planning,Ā schedulingĀ and forecastingĀ manpowerĀ and resourceĀ requirementsĀ
- Coordinates projectĀ in accordance withĀ contract documents and approved sales estimateĀ
- Manages all document control for projects, including but not limited to RFI's, meeting minutes, punch lists, transmittal log, submittal log, change order log and issuesĀ logĀ
- Prepares project billing revenue forecasts and schedules ofĀ valuesĀ
- Review all estimates and change orders for accuracyĀ and approve all team projectĀ submittalsĀ
- Accountable forĀ financial managementĀ on all assigned projectsĀ
- Prepares installation subcontractor bidding documents and negotiatesĀ subcontractsĀ
- Obtain, organize, andĀ maintainĀ all project contract documentsĀ in accordance withĀ Schneider Electric qualityĀ policyĀ
- Prepares and updates project schedule and costĀ estimatesĀ
- Prepares and delivers final project documentation to the customer and collectĀ paymentĀ
- Responsible for all customer-facing communicationĀ
What qualifications will make you successful?āÆĀ Ā
- This position is typically held by an individual that has at least 3 years in a Project Management Role and 5+ years in the controlsĀ industryĀ
- Data Center and PLC experience strongly preferredĀ
- He or she must have related industry knowledge; strong customer service skills, strong understanding of contracting procedures and tactics relative to such areas as project correspondence, documentation,Ā timelyĀ notice of claims, subcontractĀ negotiationĀ and subcontractĀ administrationĀ
- This individual should have an advanced understanding of HVAC control systems andĀ have the ability toĀ analyze control system drawings and schematics as well as knowledge of contract law, codes,Ā standardsĀ and industry constructionĀ knowledgeĀ
- He or she mustĀ exhibitĀ strong leadership skills including team leading and the ability to empower others through delegatingĀ responsibilityĀ

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
