We're looking for a reliable, exceptionally organized paralegal to partner with our attorneys on open litigation cases. We work hard together to win for our clients. Â

We're looking for a reliable, exceptionally organized paralegal to partner with our attorneys on open litigation cases. We work hard together to win for our clients. Â
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Manage case files and maintain document databases
• Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trial
• Attend court hearings and trials
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, certification is ideal
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
