Are you the person who notices the details everyone else misses?
Rise Up Restaurants is looking for an organized, analytical, and solutions-driven Operations Performance Specialist to support our growing Wingstop operations team!
This isn't your typical operations support role. You'll work behind the scenes to help our Wingstop restaurants and leaders perform at their best — supporting restaurant performance, reporting, new restaurant openings, technology, compliance, leadership events, and local marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Track and analyze key Wingstop restaurant performance data and reporting
Work across systems including Power BI, SMG, Steritech, Flavor Lab, MyWingstop, Aloha, ADP, and more
Support New Restaurant Openings (NROs) with system and account setup
Manage restaurant technology, equipment, and system access
Coordinate leadership events and manager travel
Support operational investigations, refunds, and chargebacks
Manage SWAG inventory and track local marketing spend
Help coordinate community events and local marketing opportunities
Partner with Wingstop Operations leaders to keep projects and priorities moving forward
