About the Role:
End Of Day Logistics is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Courier to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. This is a vital role where you'll be responsible for the safe and timely transport of medical specimens, documents, and supplies — making a real difference in patient care every day.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver medical specimens, lab samples, pharmaceuticals, and medical documents to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories
- Ensure all deliveries are handled with proper care, confidentiality, and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, chain-of-custody documentation, and electronic tracking records
- Follow strict time-sensitive delivery schedules to ensure specimen integrity and patient care timelines
- Inspect and safely package medical materials for transport according to biohazard and safety protocols
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status or delays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant delivery vehicle at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in medical courier, logistics, or delivery services preferred
- Blood borne pathogen certification
- Hippa certification
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and biohazard handling procedures is a plus
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable navigating the San Antonio metro area efficiently

Compensation: $50.00 - $200.00 per day
