Responsibilities

* Professionally handle inbound calls and email enquiries regarding ticket sales, event information, and general queries.

* Provide accurate and detailed information about our diverse programme of concerts, tribute shows, and community events.

* Process ticket bookings, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately using our designated ticketing system.

* Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer satisfaction.

* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all theatre schedules, promotions, and policies.

* Meticulously record customer interactions and transactions in our database.

* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all patrons.



Qualifications

* Proven experience in a call centre or customer-facing service role is essential.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.

* Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or ticketing software.
