Description

Join the team at San Diego Mission Bay Resort, our premier 357-room waterfront resort located on beautiful Mission Bay. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Coordinator to help create an exceptional guest experience and support a world-class housekeeping operation.


The Housekeeping Coordinator plays a vital role within the Rooms Division, providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department.

  • Maintain accurate housekeeping records and department documentation.
  • Coordinate daily room status updates between Housekeeping and the Front Office.
  • Answer department phones and respond promptly to guest and team member inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute daily work assignments and operational information to the housekeeping team.
  • Issue, track, and collect department keys, radios, and other assigned equipment.
  • Support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Housekeeping Department.





Requirements

YOU:

The role of  Housekeeping Coordinator requires a keen attention to detail, strong multitasking  abilities, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to  others.

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, email communication, and data entry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing administrative duties.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
