About the Role:
iQuasar LLC is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program planning and execution
- Coordinate with program managers, project leads, and stakeholders to capture and integrate schedule inputs
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and what-if scenario planning
- Monitor schedule performance metrics and provide variance analysis and forecasting reports
- Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), program reviews, and milestone briefings
- Ensure schedule compliance with contract requirements, DCMA 14-Point Assessment criteria, and EVMS standards
- Identify schedule conflicts, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to program leadership
Requirements:
- Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) on government or defense programs
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and DCMA 14-Point Assessment criteria
- Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) and schedule risk analysis techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to brief program status to senior leadership
- Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred
