We’re looking for dedicated On-Call Banquet Bartender to join our team and bring these events to life. As an On-Call Banquet Bartender, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll assist with the mixing and serving drinks at events, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail at every step. Responsibilities

  • Prepare all drink orders for guests according to specified recipes.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned function including pricing, characteristics of beverages, designated glassware to be used, VIPS, etc..
  • Abide by state liquor regulations, including those prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Transport bar unit with all supplies and equipment to assigned function area and set up as specified.
  • Follow all guest billing, payment processing, and cash handling responsibilities according to policy.
  • Assist in other duties as assigned to keep the events running efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Two or more years’ experience as Bartender preferred. “TIPS” or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing event needs.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds (e.g., trays, chairs, tables, and banquet equipment).
  • Perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with periods of high activity.
