Overview

Join our team as a Program Integrator and support the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Blue UAS (Blue List) Program by planning, coordinating, and executing assigned projects and functional areas. You will develop implementation plans and project strategies, facilitate collaboration across government and contractor stakeholders, and help drive continued growth of the Blue List Program.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

 

 

Work Schedule and Location:On-Site:  This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, standard duty hours 7am to 5pm Pacific Time at the DCMA facility in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the DCMA Blue List Program Manager, Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs), Government Team Leads, and the Contractor Program Manager to support execution of assigned projects
  • Help develop implementation plans, operational procedures, and project strategies supporting continued improvement of the Blue List Program
  • Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on assigned projects and functional areas to ensure alignment with government priorities
  • Facilitate collaboration among government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and external partners
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and dependencies
  • Identify risks, issues, resource constraints, and process-improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Prepare status reports, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Support government-led meetings by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (business, management, or a related business/technical field preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience, with direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance on defense programs
  • Fluent English (read/write/speak)
  • Active clearance and enrolled in CE 
  • U.S. citizenship

Desired: 

  • Active PMP certification
  • Proven capability managing multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks
  • Experience compiling rigorous programmatic deliverables (e.g., Monthly Status Reports, Risk Matrices, Quality Management Plans)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a track record of interfacing professionally with senior military and civilian leadership
