The ideal candidate combines strong business and financial acumen with semiconductor and datacenter industry knowledge and thrives in solving complex, ambiguous problems. They possess the analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration skills required to translate complex cost drivers into actionable insights that support product planning, customer engagements, and long-term business success.

  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives, including organizing and systematizing data from many sources into a single repository.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing financial models, cost analyses, forecasts, and business case evaluations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and scenario analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry, including procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost engineering, or manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor foundry services, SAT providers, advanced packaging, wafer fabrication, or semiconductor supply chains.
  • Understanding of semiconductor cost drivers, including wafer pricing, yield impacts, packaging costs, test costs, and process technology trade-offs.
  • Experience with datacenter products and infrastructure, including servers, accelerators, networking, storage, and related hardware platforms, with an understanding of the key cost drivers and economics across the datacenter ecosystem.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, TM1/Cognos, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated success working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.

What You'll Bring

  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex business problems.
  • Strong organization, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.
