About the Role:

The Electrical Superintendent / Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion within the United States. This role ensures that projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery. They will lead and mentor electrical teams, manage resources effectively, and resolve any technical or logistical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction management or project supervision.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, OSHA).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
