The salary range for this temp position is $33.65 - $37.25 per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office – Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.

 

The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Eau de Parfum, Fenty Hair, Ole Henriksen, Lip Lab.

 

SUMMARY

The Temp Coordinator, Global Trade supports import and export operations across all Kendo brands. This role is responsible for coordinating trade documentation, maintaining records, supporting customs compliance activities, and assisting with reporting and process administration. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help ensure timely, accurate, and compliant global trade execution in a fast-paced environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day requests and communications related to global trade activities.
  • Support audits of import and export customs declarations, document findings, and escalate issues or trends to the Global Trade Manager.
  • Coordinate document creation with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain required trade records and supporting documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Support global trade compliance activities through accurate recordkeeping, data management, and process follow-through.
  • Assist with initiatives such as the U.S. Drawback program through documentation, tracking, and data validation.
  • Monitor global trade updates and regulatory changes relevant to import and export operations.
  • Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the Global Trade Manager.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with strong Excel skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, trade compliance, or a related function preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify anomalies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
