Summary
The Facilities Engineer plays a key role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and operational efficiency of our manufacturing facility. This position oversees facility operations, supports regulatory compliance, and drives the cost-effective performance of building infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise facility installations, including telecommunications, heating, electrical systems, and refurbishment projects.
  • Manage equipment and supply maintenance in alignment with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Inspect building structures to identify repair or renovation needs and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct routine safety audits and inspections and lead the development of safety policies and procedures.
  • Optimize the use of space, utilities, and equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Monitor utility consumption and implement strategies for cost reduction.
  • Assist in budget preparation, manage operating expenses, and oversee service contracts and insurance plans.
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
  • Collaborate cross – functionally to align facility operations with production and organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders regarding facility performance and equipment operations.
Basic Qualifications

Education and Experience

Pay Range: $105,000 - $130,000
