About the Role
We’re looking for a Parts & Operations Support Coordinator to help keep our warehouse, vehicles, facility, and field operations running smoothly every day.
This is a hands on role for someone who likes staying active, organized, and productive. You’ll help manage parts and materials, handle pickups and deliveries, keep inventory organized, prepare trucks and equipment, and make sure our warehouse and facility stay clean, professional, and ready for the team.
The main focus is supporting daily operations and making sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be.
Key Responsibilities
• Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and materials between suppliers, the warehouse, and job sites
• Create and track purchase orders, receipts, returns, and related paperwork
• Organize, label, and maintain warehouse inventory for accuracy and efficiency
• Stage parts, equipment, and materials for upcoming installations and service jobs
• Keep company trucks stocked, fueled, clean, organized, and ready for daily deployment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse, shop, office, and common areas
• Handle routine facility upkeep including cleaning, trash removal, restocking supplies, and keeping work areas presentable
• Help maintain tools, equipment, storage areas, and company property
• Support the operations team with additional day to day tasks as needed
What You Bring
• Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the workday
• Willingness to handle both operational and general facility responsibilities
• Good communication and time management skills
• Previous warehouse, delivery, facilities, purchasing, or operations experience is preferred
