About the Role:
Americas Home & Health Care Corp is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our growing team! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support, comfort, and care in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe living environment
- Medication reminders and monitor client health conditions
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or CNA experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to pass a background check with both DOJ and FBI and provide references
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
- Must be located in or able to commute to the San Juan Capistrano, CA area
