MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process invoices and payments for policy renewals, including Hazard, Flood, Private Elements (HO6), and Optional Insurance products.
- Manage policy renewals within established timeframes based on policy type and property requirements.
- Maintain and update insurance information for new loans requiring hazard and flood coverage.
- Monitor assigned payees and vendors to ensure policy renewals remain current and coverage requirements are met.
- Respond to audit requests and provide required documentation within established regulatory deadlines.
- Process policy cancellation requests and coordinate related activities with insurance carriers.
- Manage insurance agent appointment letters and perform related system maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to insurance administration activities.
- Other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- One (1+) year of experience in accounting, invoice processing, insurance administration, mortgage servicing, or related functions required.
- Experience in mortgage servicing, escrow administration, insurance operations, or related banking functions highly preferred.
- Minimum education and experience requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Spanish required; effective written and verbal communication skills in English strongly preferred.
WORK AUTHORIZATION & ELEGIBILITY:
- Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
- Employee is responsible for maintaining eligible work authorization throughout his tenure with the organization.
