Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person for the role!   Here’s what we offer: Competitive pay: $18.60-20.60/hour, plus $3/hour in historically average tips PPO health insurance + Dental/Vision insurance Paid sick leave 401 (k) with company match Pre-tax spending accounts for health care, family care, and commuting Free, fresh, and healthy meals during your shift A discounted pair of high-quality non-slip shoes A Great Place to Work™ certification Opportunities for career growth and advancement Certified B Corp, we’re part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact   What we're looking for: Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well under pressure Ability to multitask Enthusiastic attitude and dependability   What you'll be doing: Wash all dishes, kitchen tools/and equipment Maintain clean and organized area, restock clean dishes and equipment Circulate dirty/clean bowls and utensils Maintain kitchen cleaning supply levels Greet all guests and complete orders within our Customer Service Guidelines Be knowledgeable about our menu items including ingredients and possible allergens Act as the point of contact between the service line and the kitchen teams Work quickly and efficiently  Assist by assembling any catering orders Deliver customer orders outside of the store (i.e. offices, homes, etc) Create a welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining room by removing dirty dishes and utensils, sweeping and mopping, etc Assist the service line by restocking salad line items Prepare ingredients for service by washing, cutting, and stocking the line with all menu items while following safety and quality standards Ensure all food and safety standards are met Complete all required cleaning tasks  Maintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy Additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager   At MIXT, we’re driven by three core values: people, impact, and taste.
