This role combines hands-on electrical work with team leadership and direct customer interaction. The Install Lead is responsible for ensuring all work is compliant and adheres to local codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.  WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER YOU! QualificationsJob Requirements: Pre-employment background check Pre-employment drug screen Valid drivers license Have and maintain a clean driving record 3 years experience in residential electrical company Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, and other residential electrical systems.
