About the Role
The Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership and oversight for the High Fidelity Wraparound Program, ensuring high-quality behavioral health services that promote client independence, family empowerment, and positive treatment outcomes. This role supervises clinical staff, supports program development, oversees compliance and quality assurance activities, and provides direct clinical services as needed. The Clinical Supervisor partners with program leadership to ensure effective service delivery, staff development, and operational excellence.

About the Program
The High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Program is an intensive, team-based care coordination model designed for children, youth, young adults, and families with complex behavioral health needs who are often involved with multiple systems such as mental health, child welfare, education, juvenile justice, or housing services. The goal is to help individuals remain successful in their homes, schools, and communities while reducing the need for higher levels of care.

High Fidelity Wraparound is recognized as an evidence-based, family-centered approach that brings together multidisciplinary team members, natural supports, family members, and service providers to create and implement individualized plans of care tailored to each participant's strengths, needs, culture, and goals.

Productivity Expectation:  This position has a baseline productivity expectation of 50%, generally equivalent to an average of approximately 3.5 hours of direct client service per workday.  The meeting of such requirements will be addressed in accordance with the Company policies and applicable law.

Responsibilities
· Oversee clinical service delivery and provide leadership across assigned program operations
· Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional development
· Facilitate staff meetings, treatment team meetings, and clinical consultations
· Provide direct clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy as needed
· Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and care coordination activities
· Collaborate with referral sources, external providers, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and community partners
· Support staff in managing complex cases and behavioral health crises
· Review and audit clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards
· Complete utilization reviews, quality assurance activities, and required reports
· Support development and implementation of program services and clinical programming
· Provide community education, consultation, and outreach to organizations and service providers
· Monitor program performance indicators and support continuous quality improvement activities
· Participate in budget planning and monitoring in collaboration with program leadership
· Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, professional boundaries, and licensing requirements
· Provide BBS supervision hours to eligible pre-licensed clinicians as applicable
· Transport clients as needed using a personal vehicle
· Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and program planning activities
· Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
· Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field, or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution
· Active California license in good standing as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
· Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
· Minimum of five years of experience working in behavioral health, mental health, or related clinical settings
· Experience providing clinical supervision, treatment planning, and case consultation
· Direct clinical, case management, and group facilitation experience
· Knowledge of evidence-based practices, rehabilitation principles, and behavioral health systems of care
· Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Intermediate computer proficiency and experience with electronic health records
· Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and active automobile insurance

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in Wraparound, Full Service Partnership (FSP), community mental health, or intensive outpatient programs
· BBS-approved supervisor status or eligibility to provide clinical supervision
· Experience with quality assurance, utilization review, and program development activities
· Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
· MAB Training and First Aid certification preferred
· Familiarity with Short Doyle or similar behavioral health documentation systems preferred
