General Purpose:

The ESL Corrugated Operator is responsible for operating corrugated packaging equipment and supporting ESL production activities to ensure products are properly packaged, coded, documented, and prepared for distribution.

Schedule:Â Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am Off Saturday and SundayÂ
Â
Job responsibilities include:
- Operate box-forming and casing equipment used in ESL production
- Set up and operate product coding and marking equipment
- Support ESL filler operations and related production activities
- Perform product sampling and complete associated documentation accurately
- Maintain required production, quality, and sanitation records in a timely manner
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and operating areas
- Relieve employees during scheduled breaks and meal periods as needed
- Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements
- Work independently while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Foreman

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Forklift and pallet jack certification, or ability to obtain certification

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to operate production and packaging equipment safely and effectively
