To thrive as a Warehouse Equipment Operator,Ā you’llĀ need a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety. In this role, you will take charge of operating forklifts and reach trucks to efficiently load and unload products from inbound and outbound trailers.Ā You’llĀ also manage inventory by stocking, rotating, and ensuring everything is in its proper place, as accuracy matters!Ā

Each day brings variety as youĀ maintainĀ and operate equipment such as forklifts with slip-sheet attachments, reach trucks (up to 35 feet), and rider jacks.Ā You’llĀ handle loading and unloading at the dock, down-stocking, re-stocking, and rotating dated products. Using scanner guns or wands,Ā you’llĀ inspect shipments for errors or defects and document any discrepancies. In addition,Ā you’llĀ perform routine quality checks toĀ identifyĀ and report damages, shortages, or errors, helping keep operations running smoothly.Ā

  • A dedication to safety. We areĀ very proudĀ of our safety record and want you toĀ partakeĀ in that.Ā You will be required to wear proper safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses,Ā at all times.Ā Ā 

  • Complete safety training beforeĀ operatingĀ warehouse equipment; full participation is essential to succeed in this role.Ā 

  • Attention to detail. You must pay close attention to stock numbers, find defects in inventory, and be careful of your surroundings to accurately move product.Ā Ā 

  • A completed High school education isĀ required.Ā 

  • Knowledge of basic math is alsoĀ required.Ā Ā 

  • WhileĀ previousĀ forklift experience is preferred, we welcome candidates without prior experience who are willing and able to complete training and obtain forklift certification.Ā 

  • Responsibilities involve lifting products up to 75Ā lbs, several times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.Ā

Here is What We Offer You:Ā Ā 

  • Warehouse Equipment Operator starts at $21.50/hr. Team members will receive a $0.50/hrĀ increaseĀ atĀ 6 months of employment and another $0.50/hrĀ increaseĀ atĀ one year of employment.Ā Ā 

  • Any shift that startsĀ fromĀ 12 PMĀ or later (off-shifts) alsoĀ receivesĀ a $3/hrĀ shift differential.Ā 

  • Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.Ā Ā 

  • Accrue 15 paid days of vacation time off the first year plusĀ 5Ā days of sick time off.Ā
