Underground Utility Crew Foreman

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Underground Utility Crew Foreman to direct crew operations for our Civil & Excavation division on the Black Desert Resort project in St. George, Utah. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in civil construction and a passion for continuous improvement to help us drive customer satisfaction and company success. We offer a competitive wage of $28–$34/hour (depending on experience). QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience serving as a utility foreman
• Proven track record leading crews in installing water, sewer, storm drain, and box culverts
• Strong knowledge of site safety management, including leading POD and JSA meetings
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed
• Local to the St. George, UT area with flexibility for moderate travel
