Job DetailsJob Location: Santa Rosa - Santa Rosa, CA 95401Salary Range: $100,693.00 - $141,093.00 SalaryJob Purpose:  The supervising LCSW provides clinical supervision and consultation to Associate Clinical Workers (ASWs) and other behavioral health staff while ensuring the delivery of high quality, trauma informed, culturally responsive behavioral health services. The position supports program development, quality improvement initiatives, staff mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration across SCIHP’s integrated healthcare team. The ideal candidate is an engaged clinical leader with strong supervisory skills, sound clinical judgement, and a commitment to culturally humble and patient-centered care. QualificationsQualifications: Master’s degree in social work with at least five (5) years’ experience in providing clinical supervision preferred. Hold & maintain current, valid & unrestricted LCSW license to practice in the State of California. Possession of Clinical Supervision Training document as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Knowledge of theory and treatment practices of intrapsychic, interpersonal, and social problems; community mental health; alcohol and other drug abuse interventions; and community agencies and resources. Understanding California mandated reporting laws and strong knowledge in legal and ethical matters in clinical practice, including Medi-Cal clinical documentation, practices, and billing standards. Excellent teambuilding, cultural competency skills & knowledge in program planning and development. Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment focused on professional growth and clinical documentation. Ability to prepare accurate and timely documentation, reports and other written material as assigned. Experience in integrated care, tribal health, or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) settings. Training in evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing) Must be CPR certified or attend a SCIHP CPR training to become certified.
