Job DetailsJob Location: LaBella Campus - Middletown, CT 06457Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School/GEDSalary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlyJob Shift: Third ShiftJob Category: Residential AidePosition: Residential Aide Program: Eddy Center Location: Middletown Salary: $20.00/hour Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 3rd shift, Monday, Friday-Sunday (10-8a)   Program Summary: The Eddy Center is a residential housing program that provides individualized treatment services, substance use and mental health education, and job preparation to adult males who are under DOC's supervision so they can successfully re-enter their communities and avoid re-offending.   Position Summary: This Residential Aide will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved Men as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
