A Host at Wintzell's Oyster House is responsible for creating a great first impression for guests and helping restaurant operations run smoothly.  This member must maintain a positive attitude and demeanor at all times.
Host Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive.
- Manage the waiting list and estimate wait times.
- Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections.
- Answer phone calls and execute takeout orders.
- Handle guest questions and special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and dining area.
- Assist with cleaning tables, menus, and common areas as needed.
- Support servers by helping with guest needs during busy periods.
- Ensure guests have a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
