Your Role:
Our successful General Laborer promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- At least 18 years of age
- Responsible to assist with building and grounds maintenance.
- Responsible to assist with all projects of varying disciplines under direction of qualified tradesmen.
- Responsible to assist with set up of events and seasonal decorations of all facilities.
- Assist with snow removal and ice control of parking lots and pedestrian walkways.
- Helps ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and OSHA regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Able to lift 85 lbs. repeatedly.
- Able to stand/walk/kneel for extended periods of time. Able to work in extremes of weather. Able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
