Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence and best practices through business units on multiple Product Lines, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain teams, Manufacturing Management, Distribution/Channel teams, and Finance. to improve accuracy of revenue forecasting and revenue attainment. 
  • Implement best practices across demand functions including demand planning (delivery goals, inventory strategies), planning execution, order management, and inventory management. 
  • Communicate and interact with senior executives regarding business needs to secure resources needed to satisfy customer demands and ensure delivery and/or implementation. 
  • Must be capable of translating objectives and needs into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focus on building a world-class team, utilizing, and deploying lean techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance
  • Develop and deliver best practice demand forecasting capabilities leveraging best-fit models across the product portfolio with rigor in application of a range of input metrics identifying areas of risk and improvement 
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement planning improvements drawing on statistical methods, demand planning principles, S&OP best practices, and emerging software technology capabilities.  May coordinate activities with materials function using enterprise resource planning systems. Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures. 
  • Lead planners and steward the demand planning process to enable features such as ramp up of new product introduction, ramp down of end-of-life products and demand changes due to product promotions 
  • Lead and develop a team of Planning Managers in best application of demand planning practices of implications on the broader supply chain, as well as selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead and influence across the organization. 
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills, with ability to effectively communicate, present, and articulate strategies across various functions – Executives, Product Line, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing. 
  • A change agent, someone who is always looking to make continuous improvements to a product or process. 
  • Strong Data analysis and problem-solving skills. 
  • Understanding of key financial elements as it relates to supply chain and capital investment. 
  • Ability to create and manage a value stream plan and make the right decisions based on the data. 
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.  
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.)  in Statistics, Business Analytics, Decision Sciences, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, or related field. Advanced Degree (MBA or MS) a plus. 
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue management/demand. forecasting/marketing, preferably in the semiconductor industry. 
  • Advance Planning tools. ERP (ORACLE, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and Demand management systems (DemandWorks / Netstock, Demantra, SAP / IBP, SAP APO, Blue Yonder / JDA) 
  • Analytics Toolsets – PowerBI, Tableau, SAP BOBJ, SQL, Python, or similar

The pay range for this position is $125,200 - $212,800 annually, exempt.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
