Associate Attorney (Georgia – Savannah Area)
Location: Remote (Georgia-based), Court appearances in Savannah area
Employment Type: Full-time; part-time will be considered

HarrisLoftus, PLLC is a fast-growing law firm representing national clients across multiple states. We partner with financial institutions and other creditors to resolve consumer and commercial debt through professional, compliant, and results-driven legal processes.
Role Overview
This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment with strong professional development and growth potential. While this role is primarily remote, candidates must be able to attend court appearances in the Savannah, Georgia area as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in creditors’ rights and collection litigation matters in Georgia
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations
• Handle discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Maintain accurate and timely billing records

Required Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Georgia (required)
• 1–3 years of legal experience (collections or litigation preferred)
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Willingness and ability to travel to Georgia courts as needed
• Interest in multi-state practice (opportunity for firm-supported licensure in Maryland and Virginia) (preferred)
