About NextRow Digital

NextRow is a specialized Adobe DX services partner headquartered in Schaumburg, IL. We deliver across the modern Adobe stack: AEM as a Cloud Service with Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Workfront, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Firefly Services, and the emerging agentic experience layer (Brand Concierge, Site Optimization Agent, and the broader AEP Agent Orchestrator surface). Our enterprise clients span healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and manufacturing, including active engagements with several Fortune 500 brands. Our delivery team is deep, our Adobe partnership is established, and our reference customers are strong. This role plugs into that momentum.

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to own a named-account territory and drive new services bookings across the full Adobe DX portfolio. You will sell implementation, migration, managed services, content supply chain transformation, and AI enablement engagements ranging from $250K to $2M+. You will work closely with our practice leads, solution architects, and Adobe field teams to shape opportunities, run value discovery workshops, and close.

You will not be building sales from scratch. You will be extending a proven delivery engine into new logos and expanding footprint in accounts where NextRow already has relationships or Adobe co-sell alignment. Marketing, SDR support, and Adobe partner motions will scale alongside your ramp.

What You Will Own

  • A named-account territory of roughly 40 to 60 accounts, mixed between existing NextRow customers to grow and new-logo targets aligned to Adobe field priorities.
  • Annual quota of $1.75M in new services bookings (year one, ramped).
  • Full cycle ownership: prospecting, discovery, scoping with solution architects, proposal, SOW, close.
  • Adobe field engagement: build and maintain relationships with Adobe AEs, RSMs, CSMs, and Industry Strategy leads in your territory to drive co-sell and get onto Adobe's preferred partner shortlists.
  • Accurate forecasting in HubSpot and weekly pipeline reviews.
What You Bring

  • 8+ years selling professional services, with at least 4 years selling Adobe DX implementations. Comparable martech services experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acquia, Sitecore, Optimizely, Braze) is acceptable if paired with strong Adobe fluency.
  • Demonstrated track record closing $500K+ services deals and hitting or exceeding $1.5M+ annual bookings quota.
  • Fluent in the current Adobe field motion: how RSMs and AEs are compensated post the recent field realignment, how Adobe's Industry Strategy and Customer Solutions teams engage, how partner co-sell and PSP (Partner Success Plan) mechanics work today, and how to earn a seat on an Adobe rep's shortlist.
  • Working knowledge of where Adobe is investing today: AEP as the composable foundation, AI Assistant across the suite, agentic experiences (Brand Concierge, Site Optimization Agent, Journey Agent, Data Insights Agent), Firefly Services and GenStudio for content supply chain, Edge Delivery Services as the modern AEM front end, and Adobe LLM Optimizer for GEO / AI search visibility.
  • Experience selling to marketing, digital, and data leaders (CMO, VP Digital, VP Martech, Head of Content, Head of Personalization, Chief Data Officer) as well as procurement.
  • Consultative discovery skills. You can whiteboard an AEP or AEM as a Cloud Service architecture at a level that earns credibility with a technical buyer, even though you are not the SA.
  • Comfort in a services P&L: you understand margin, blended rates, and how to price to win without giving away delivery quality.
  • Chicago-area based or willing to relocate. Hybrid schedule requires 3 days per week in the Schaumburg office.
Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships inside Adobe's Central or Midwest field organization.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, financial services).
  • Prior time at an Adobe SI partner (Merkle, Bounteous, Publicis Sapient, Wunderman Thompson, Capgemini, Slalom, Cognizant Digital, Deloitte Digital, or similar).
  • Track record selling content supply chain transformation (Workfront plus AEM plus Firefly plus GenStudio bundled as a single value story).
  • Familiarity positioning agentic and generative AI use cases on AEP to enterprise buyers.
Why This Role

  • Ride an established Adobe practice with active enterprise engagements and named references, not a slide deck.
  • Uncapped variable tied to both bookings and services gross margin, so overachievement compounds.
  • Direct line to the CEO, short decision cycles, and real influence on how the practice scales.
  • Genuine Adobe co-sell relationships already in place at the executive level, including alignment on newer product motions (AEP, AJO, GenStudio, LLM Optimizer) where the partner ecosystem is still forming.
Comp and Benefits

  • Base: $175,000
  • Target variable: $125,000 to $150,000, uncapped, paid on new services bookings and gross margin achievement
  • On-target earnings: $300,000 to $325,000
  • Full health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
  • Tools provided: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Gong (or equivalent)
