Overview
Valor Specialized Rigging is hiring experienced Millwrights who know how to work around cranes, execute complex picks, and install equipment the right way the first time. This is not a maintenance role, this is field work tied to heavy lifts, tight tolerances, and critical path schedules.

We’re looking for people who take ownership and move with urgency while maintaining a Safety First mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute precision setting, alignment, and installation of heavy industrial equipment
• Work directly with crane operators and rigging crews during critical lifts and placements
• Read and work from rigging plans, lift drawings, and equipment layouts
• Perform layout, leveling, and final alignment to spec
• Identify and solve field issues without slowing down the job
• Maintain control of work areas with a strong focus on safety and execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of millwright experience in construction or industrial settings
• Proven experience working around cranes and heavy rigging operations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment setting and alignment
• Ability to read and interpret prints, rigging plans, and layout drawings
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required
• OSHA 10/30 preferred
