We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction and renovation projects associated with new customer implementations throughout the Western United States.

Position Details

Position: Construction Project Manager – Healthcare
Location: Remote (Must reside in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding area)
Territory: Western United States
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday | Typical business hours with flexibility to support project milestones and travel requirements
Travel: Frequent travel to customer construction sites throughout the Western U.S.
Compensation: Salaried Position + BonusesΒ 

️ What You'll Do

As a Construction Project Manager, you will serve as the primary coordinator for healthcare facility construction and renovation projects supporting CDL's customer expansion efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

βœ… Manage all aspects of new client startup and construction projects from planning through completion

βœ… Coordinate directly with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, physicists, building owners, and internal stakeholders

βœ… Conduct routine site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, timelines, and compliance with project requirements

βœ… Ensure projects remain on schedule and within approved budgets whenever possible

βœ… Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy

βœ… Oversee contractor bidding, project scheduling, equipment delivery, installation, and facility readiness

βœ… Assist with site preparation activities, including equipment deliveries and installation support

βœ… Provide regular project status updates to customers, leadership, and operations teams

βœ… Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts

βœ… Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, contractors, and customers

βœ… Maintain confidentiality of business operations, project information, and customer data

βœ… Assist with onboarding and training of new personnel when needed

βœ… What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

βœ” Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience

βœ” Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive schedules to completion

βœ” Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

βœ” Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

βœ” Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and project plans

βœ” Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and documentation

βœ” Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

βœ” Professional demeanor with the ability to navigate challenges, conflicts, and changing priorities

βœ” Comfortable interacting with physicians, healthcare professionals, and executive-level stakeholders

βœ” Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

βœ” Healthcare construction or medical facility experience

βœ” Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software

βœ” Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

βœ” Experience managing multi-phase renovation or healthcare infrastructure projects

✈️ Travel & Working Conditions

This position requires regular travel to healthcare facilities and construction sites throughout the Western United States.

Employees must be able to:

βœ” Safely navigate active construction environments

βœ” Stand and walk for extended periods during site visits

βœ” Lift, push, pull, reach, and move equipment as needed

βœ” Travel by automobile and commercial airline

βœ” Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required

βœ” Work safely around construction, electrical, magnetic, and ionizing radiation environments
