JOB SUMMARY

 At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, a Hilton Hotel Wolf by Vanderpump is the latest concept from global hospitality icon Lisa Vanderpump. Wolf by Vanderpump blends bold design, theatrical service, and an unforgettable food and beverage experience. From high-volume nights to high-style moments, this rooftop venue was built to turn heads.


As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll help lead the front-of-house team through the rhythm of each shift — setting the pace, raising the bar, and supporting an experience that feels seamless, elevated, and full of energy.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support daily FOH operations in a fast-paced, high-volume rooftop restaurant and bar
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and keep communication flowing across all departments
  • Supervise team performance and service execution — jumping in where needed to keep the guest experience strong
  • Be present on the floor — checking in with guests, supporting servers and bartenders, and maintaining high standards
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members
  • Handle guest recovery with professionalism and urgency
  • Support opening and closing procedures, side work, and shift transitions
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Previous supervisory or lead experience in a high-energy, upscale restaurant or bar
  • Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to motivate a team and keep service flowing
  • Calm, focused presence on the floor, especially during peak hours
  • A guest-first mindset and a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment without sacrificing quality
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
