ABOUT THE JOB:

Manages and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, OneDrive, Entra ID, CoPilot), focusing on secure deployment, administration, and migration for organization, ensuring seamless cloud collaboration, security, and productivity through configuration, automation, and policy management.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, CoPilot
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, MFA.
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and identity governance.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts and use native cloud tools for automation of administrative tasks
  • Resolve complex issues related to Azure services and Microsoft 365. Provide Tier 3 escalation support for Microsoft cloud-related incidents.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

College degree required
Proven experience with at least five (5) years as a Microsoft cloud engineering or architecture subject matter expert, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based solutions and services.
Strong proficiency automation scripts and configuration management.
Minimum of three years experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external systems.

Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Strong experience with infrastructure management
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated with high degree of attention and accuracy; problem solver.

This is an in-office role, not hybrid.  Travel up to 10% to various work environments including some overnight travel.  Travel can include professional office environment to field branch environment  to customer construction sites.
