Day Time Hostess

Essential Functions:

Greets guests upon arrival and escorts them to their table. Manages special seating request of guests according to table availability. Relays messages to servers and other staff as appropriate. Restocks front of house area. Interacts with guests; provides outstanding guest service. Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns. Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas and facility. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations. Performs special projects delegated by management. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Excellent people and communication skills.  Demonstrated outstanding customer service.  Must possess willingness to learn and perform new food & beverage programs and services.  Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation.  Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
