New Truck Prep Technician

We are expanding our team and looking for a New Truck Prep Technician who is committed to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on new Mack and Volvo trucks.

• Complete all required inspection forms, documentation, and checklists accurately.

• Prepare trucks for customer delivery, including cleaning interior and exterior surfaces as needed.

• Verify that all components, accessories, and installed equipment meet dealership and OEM standards

• Identify and report any defects, missing items, or issues requiring correction before delivery.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work collaboratively with service advisors, sales staff, and other technicians to ensure timely delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid State Inspection License (required).

• CDL‑B License (required).

• Experience in a dealership, truck service, or automotive prep environment is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work.

• Ability to follow structured inspection processes and documentation requirements.

• Basic mechanical aptitude; ability to identify issues or abnormalities.

• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
