As a Client Support Administrator, you will help Markmonitor Group’s Seattle office support a wide range of corporate and legal clients optimize and manage their domain name portfolios and ensure our full range of products and services are appropriately positioned and promoted. You will make a substantial contribution to the company growth targets by supporting team members and ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.Â
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED)
Client Support - Assist the Domain Strategist team with order fulfilment and account clean up in a timely manner. Support the Registry Relations and Renewal teams as and when required.Â
Project management and communication – Ensure clear communication with the internal stakeholders is always maintained.
Product and Services - You will possess a good understanding of Com Laude's products and services through training.
Maintain High quality of service - Provide a white glove level of client service that puts them in the center, being true to our Client First value proposition.
Risk Management -Ensure that risk and incident report tickets are produced and escalated to the Team Leaders and Director Domain Services & SVP operations in a timely manner.Â
Deadlines:Â Ensure all deadlines are kept, whether set by internal colleagues or clients
Learning Organization - Contribute your skills and insights to improve any aspects of Com Laude's performance.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Essential
You will be:

You will have:
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, especially MS Word and MS Excel.

- Additional languages, in particular Spanish, Italian or French.Â

- Previous experience in customer service.
