Description
In this role, you'll own the rapidly evolving developer experience: the tools, the workflows, and the day-to-day practices our engineers build with. You'll identify the highest-impact problems and address them through tooling changes, process changes, or direct conversations. Finding the right fix for each problem is your responsibility. You'll report directly to the org leader with their full support. Working closely with multiple specialized engineering teams, you'll own the systems, workflows, and approaches that help them reach their goals. You won't be starting from scratch: tooling and delivery reporting already exist and are in active use, and you'll determine where they go and what to build next.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of professional software engineering experience. Experience with Xcode and iOS Development. Experience building internal or customer-facing tools that solve real problems. Experience with build systems, continuous integration, or automated test infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building developer-facing tooling that engineering teams use daily. Experience changing how an engineering team works: ownership models, review practices, quality gates. Experience owning delivery across teams as a technical program lead, or in a role that combined engineering with program ownership. Fluency with current agent architecture patterns, and a track record of adapting as they change.
