This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference by supporting patients and families during some of life’s most important moments. Service area:  King County Eastside (Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Sammamish, and nearby communities) The Social Worker will provide a range of essential services to support the emotional, psychological, and social needs of patients and families receiving hospice and palliative care.
