Job Description:

School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Seattle Area, WA | Multiple Opportunities | Up to $70/hour

Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) for multiple school-based opportunities in the greater Seattle area.

A variety of assignments may be available, including full-time and part-time positions, full-school-year and partial-year contracts, and opportunities with different start dates. Whether you’re an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Providing school-based OT assessments, treatment, and consultation

  • Conducting evaluations and preparing reports

  • Participating in IEP meetings and developing IEP goals

  • Collaborating with teachers, special education teams, families, and other providers

  • Maintaining timely documentation and progress notes

  • Supporting students across a range of ages, grade levels, and needs

Qualifications

  • Must hold or be eligible for a Washington State OT license

  • Must hold or be willing to obtain ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)

  • Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required

  • New and experienced school-based providers are encouraged to apply
