You're Already a Great PI Attorney.

Help Shape the Future of a Growing Plaintiff Firm.

The best plaintiff attorneys usually aren't actively looking for a new job.

But maybe you're ready for more ownership, more influence, stronger client relationships, and the opportunity to help build something that's still growing.

If that sounds familiar, we'd love to meet you.

This is more than simply filling an open position. We're looking for an experienced attorney who wants to play an important role in shaping the future of a growing plaintiff firm. You'll work closely with firm leadership, take ownership of meaningful cases, and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on both your clients and the practice.

If you're looking for a place where your experience matters and your work directly influences the future of the firm, this may be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Why This Role Is Different

This isn't a large firm where you're one of dozens of attorneys.

It's also not a solo practice where you're responsible for carrying everything yourself. You'll have autonomy over your work while still having the support and resources of a collaborative team.

You'll join a close-knit environment where your experience matters, your ideas are welcomed, and your work directly contributes to the firm's growth.

Many of the clients you'll work with are immigrants, professional drivers, and small business owners navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. The firm believes in building trust, communicating clearly, and helping clients understand a legal system that can often feel overwhelming.

If that kind of work motivates you, you'll fit right in.

You May Be a Great Fit If You...

  • Have meaningful plaintiff or insurance defense litigation experience.
  • Enjoy negotiating and advocating for clients.
  • Want greater ownership over your cases and client relationships.
  • Value collaboration while also being comfortable working independently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Enjoy helping people through difficult situations.
  • Are interested in helping build a growing practice rather than simply filling a role.
  • Are comfortable learning new technology and improving systems.

What You'll Do

  • Handle personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.
  • Negotiate directly with insurance companies.
  • Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior and Federal Court.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Handle arbitrations.
  • Guide clients through every stage of the litigation process.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client service.
  • Utilize technology, including case management software and AI tools, to improve efficiency.

More About the Role

You'll represent individuals and small business owners during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Many clients are immigrants, professional drivers, and entrepreneurs who depend on their vehicles and businesses to support their families.

This role requires more than strong legal knowledge. We're looking for an attorney who communicates clearly, earns client trust, advocates aggressively, and genuinely cares about helping clients move forward.

Benefits

  • $100,000–$200,000 annual salary
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid parking
  • Long-term growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • J.D. and active Washington State Bar license, or ability to waive in.
  • Personal injury litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong insurance defense litigators with significant deposition experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience negotiating with insurance companies.
  • Experience taking depositions.
  • Arbitration experience strongly preferred.
  • Civil litigation experience, including motion practice.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in person in downtown Seattle.
