What You'll Do
As a Member Experience & Sales Associate, you'll be the first impression and friendly face of TITLE Boxing Club Seattle Greenwood. You'll play a key role in creating unforgettable member experiences while helping grow our community.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Build meaningful relationships with current and prospective members
- Conduct club tours and introduce prospects to our programs
- Help individuals find membership options that fit their goals
- Assist with membership sales and retention efforts
- Support social media and local community engagement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions
- Collaborate with trainers and teammates to create an amazing member experience

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness, health club, or related customer-facing environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all
- Understanding of current sales and customer engagement practices
- High School Diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and move throughout the day
- Comfortable working in an active fitness environment
