Like staying busy, working independently, and having a different day every day? Mountaineer Cleaning and Maintenance is hiring a Property Readiness Houseman for our vacation rental properties throughout Sevier County.

You will be the person who helps keep properties guest ready. That means delivering linens and supplies, responding to inspection callbacks, restocking items, replacing batteries, bulbs and filters, completing small property resets, taking completion photos, and solving problems before guests know they happened.

This is a full time W-2 position working four 10-hour shifts - Thursday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Valid drivers license and clean driving record required. Must be dependable, comfortable driving throughout the county, able to work independently, and lift 40-50 lbs.
