We design, manufacture, fulfill, and sell directly from our U.S. factory floor to the customer’s door. Job Summary The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout the manufacturing facility, including office areas, production floor, restrooms, and common spaces. This role ensures that daily and weekly cleaning standards are met to support a professional and safe workplace for all employees. The Janitor reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and works closely with the maintenance team to uphold facility cleanliness standards.  Key Responsibilities Daily Tasks Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility Wipe down surfaces, counters, and office areas Empty all trash bins (offices, bathrooms, production floor, and common areas) Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors Restock restroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) Vacuum carpets and rugs in office and common areas Restock breakroom supplies (napkins, utensils, cups, etc.) Weekly Tasks Clean interior and exterior doors including their windows Empty and clean out refrigerators in breakrooms/kitchens Clean microwaves (interior and exterior) Additional Duties Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the Maintenance Manager Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Assist with other custodial or light maintenance tasks as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying noise levels, temperatures, and machinery Comfortable using cleaning equipment (mops, vacuums, buffers, etc.)   Qualifications  Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required) Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures
