We design, manufacture, fulfill, and sell directly from our U.S. factory floor to the customer's door.  Job Summary Guardian Bikes is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll keep materials moving efficiently throughout our facility — from raw materials and bike components to finished products ready for shipment. If you take pride in safe, accurate material handling and enjoy being part of a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.  QualificationsKey Responsibilities Safely operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks to transport raw materials, bike components, finished products, and other goods throughout the facility. Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers safely and efficiently. Stage materials at production lines and move completed products to the appropriate warehouse or shipping areas. Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections and promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Use scanners and warehouse systems to accurately track inventory movement. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and other warehouse activities as needed. Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to keep materials flowing and production on schedule. Follow all company safety policies, operating procedures, and material-handling guidelines. Jump in where needed to help the team meet daily production and shipping goals. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred. Valid forklift certification, or the ability to become certified. Experience operating sit-down forklifts and/or reach trucks preferred. Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe material-handling practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Basic computer, scanner, and inventory-tracking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Safety protocols, GMP, ISO standards, or other relevant regulations.
